8A – Solving The Problem

1) The opportunity I would like to present is one that would help integrate the entire community together into the technological universe. Too often in today's day and age with constant advancements in technology we find hundreds of thousands of people disconnected. There must be a reason why these people aren't able to truly witness these developments like us right? The answer is a quite a simple one, as they truly just don't understand how these technological products work. This truly is a shame, as we are in the most technological period in our world's history, and everyone who isn't able to experience this is at a disadvantage. Whether it be due to a lack of understanding with a language adaption or just a general lack of understanding with technology in general, this disadvantage hinders hundreds of thousands of people in today's society.

2) My product to solve this issue is called KnowTech. KnowTech is an informative program for people to understand how to use their technological products. I plan for this to be an application that one can download for all devices. This is so one can understand more about their phone, their tablet, and their computer. It will also provide additional information to products that the user doesn't have if he/she is interested in upgrading their equipment. The informative program will be available in all languages and will then translate that information into that country's native language to give the user an easier adaptation to the country that they're currently staying in. I think that my product will not only benefit users who want to know more about technology, but also technological companies who want to have a bigger market share by expanding their consumer base.

    Jordan,
    This is a very interesting post idea. I like how you expound upon the idea more than in part 7. I feel like you worked to broaden the idea and incorporate more ideas. It will be difficult to create an application that can keep up with today's technology. I think that you would have to immense amounts of capital to be able to launch this company. However, the need is definitely there and you should continue to develop your idea.

    This is a great Idea, and could benefit a lot people, especially more elder people. I like how you go into depth about how a lot people don't know how certain thechnological items work. The only thing I see with this idea is how people in other countries who have no reason to own technology would benefit from this. Still a very good idea and a great post!

1) I've developed an incredibly organizational mentality to keep up with the requirements of this course. There is a lot of work involved to succeed in this course. When it comes to keeping track of lectures, taking notes, and completing the assignments and the cupcakes, it takes great organizational ability to succeed. 26A – Celebrating Failure

1) This past semester, I was playing in a basketball game in our intramural league. Having played varsity basketball in high school, I consider myself to be a very good player. Anyways, in a game where we were down by 1, I missed two free throws that could've potentially won us the game. This is not the first time this has happened. I've never been that good of a free throw shooter, even with multiple hours put in of practice. I've had this exact scenario happen to me twice in my life before it happened again this semester. The other two times this has happened was once during a league game and once during a game for my high school in a tournament. 2) Even though this has happened to me three times in my life already, there is something I can learn from this.
