16A –What’s Your Secret Sauce?
1)
- I feel like my organizational qualities make me distinguished amongst my peers. I feel like these qualities make me a leader because I'm able to lay out my priorities and accomplish them all in a timely manner. I feel that this makes me more mature than people my age.
- I feel like I'm a great leader because I put others in front of me. I'm very utilitarian in this aspect because I feel like I'm most of the time not in the majority when it comes to these decisions, but regardless I go through with the majority decision because I put others in front of me.
- I feel like I'm very creative in my decision making process. I feel like instead of trying to take the easy or the simple way out of a problem, I find myself find myself being attracted to the more complex solution in order to solve my problems.
- I feel like I'm a very good multi-tasker. This helps with my efficiency and puts me ahead of the pack amongst my peers because I'm able to efficiently do multiple things at the same time. Time is key in this aspect.
- I also feel like I'm very good at communicating. I feel like this helps a lot with my leadership role because I'm very good at hearing out people's problems and coming out with the best ways to help them.

3) Most of the things I see in myself and what others see in me are similar. One thing I've never thought about myself in true detail is how I like to look at things in a positive perspective. While I never thought of myself to be a negative person, I never really thought about this until my sister brought it up. I love where I'm at in life and love what I do, thus people understand the positive influence I bring on them.
Dear Jordan, I was impressed that so many people spoke so highly and consistently about you. For example, the fact that almost everyone touched upon how organized scheduled you means that is must be a very obvious quality to anyone who knows you well. Having a few dependable positives is a great thing to have. I think that it shows character and it means you affect many people in a similar way.

Hello, Jordan! You really did a great job with this assignment, and it's easy to see that you have a good understanding about what makes you unique. Your friends mentioned a lot of things that you already saw in yourself, plus more. Like you said, your sister really surprised you by mentioning your positive attitude, leaving you to think more on that and note that it is something that people pick up on and admire. I had a similar situation happen to me, which really made me appreciate not only my close friends for opening my eyes about something I didn't necessarily see in myself, but also for this assignment itself. Good job!
